Hotel Reservation Policies:
- Please make advance reservations via telephone or book online to assure room availability.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to obtain a confirmed reservation. Please note the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation.
- Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservation (deposit taken).
- Rates are inclusive of statutory tax and charges.
- Normal occupancy is two, three or four pax per room (depending on the type of room).
- To confirm your reservations, a non-refundable deposit is required which is equal to RM50 per room transferred via online bank transfer. For the Hotel bank details, please contact us. We also accept Visa and MasterCard payment.
- For Corporate reservations secured by a company credit card, the deposit requirement may be waived at the discretion of the Hotel. Please inquire before making a reservation.
- Group booking of four or more rooms requires a 14-day cancellation notice for return of the deposit.
IV. Cancellation and Early Checkout Policy:
- Should your plans change, be sure to conform within the following guidelines (i.e more than 3 days prior to arrival) for a refund of your deposit. A cancellation notice will be given to insure proper return of the deposit. If the cancellation does not meet guidelines, the deposit will be retained.
- For early checkout, you are responsible for the entire reservation and will be charged as such if the remainder of the reservation cannot be rebooked. If unsure of the policy, contact the hotel for clarification.
- Cancellation charges are as following:
- We will not charge you a cancellation fee if you choose to cancel 3 days prior to your arrival.
- Any cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit any non-refundable deposit paid to the Hotel.
V. Refund Policy
- When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund, we will instruct the refund right away. The processing will take between 2-4 weeks. Reasons for this are the billing cycle of the credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and a processing fee of 3%. For more details see cancellation policy above.
- In case a reservation that you make is not confirmed, we will not charge you anything.
- No refund in full or in part will be made for unutilized services included in the package or for shortened stay (early check-out) and no show.
VI. Check In
- Normal check-in time is 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. For late arrivals, please call for instructions on the procedure for arrival after 6 p.m.
- Early check-in is possible subject to room availability and only available by prior arrangement.
- Normal check-out is at 12 Noon - 1:00 p.m.
- Late check-out is possible subject to room availability and only available by prior arrangement. Late check-out after 2:00 p.m will be subjected to a charge of RM10 per hour.
- We require 7 days before original arrival date for any amendment request. Any modifications are subject to availability at the time you make the request.
IX. Children and Infants
- Child (2-5 years) can stay free of charge with parents using existing beds. No free extra bed is available.
X. Non-arrival to the Hotel (No Show)
- If you fail to arrive at the Hotel on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the Hotel and you will forfeit any non-refundable deposit paid to the Hotel.
- If you have made your reservation via pay-at-hotel online travel agencies namely Booking.Com & Expedia Hotel Collect and failed to arrive on the arrival date, the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically and your credit card will be charged the cost of the first night.
- If you have made your reservation via pre-paid online travel agencies namely Agoda, Traveloka & Expedia Collect and failed to arrive on the arrival date, the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically and no refund will be issued.
- If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the Hotel, please contact us urgently so that we can keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically and no refund will be issued.
XI. Special Request
- Please note all the requests will not be guaranteed as they are subject to availability upon your arrival to the Hotel only.
XII. Payment Security
- It is important for you to know that whenever you provide us with personal details or credit card information, it is secure. Your credit card number, name, address, and telephone number are protected by the latest security technology. Upon checkout, your credit card information is directly transferred to the bank and securely tested.
- User shall receive 2 email notifications from the payment gateway provider and also our hotel website within the transaction day. If you do not receive any email notification, kindly inform for getting the details of your bookings.
